OPP to present 16PF® insights at ATP Conference 2015
13 Oct 2014
The ATP conference, one of the world’s foremost events in testing and assessments, takes place in Palm Springs, California, 1-4 March 2015.
OPP CEO Penny Moyle and IPAT President Pamela Becker will present the paper, which was co-authored by OPP’s R&D Principle Consultant Rob Bailey.
The presentation looks at the results of a 16PF study which set out to learn more about international differences, and to look at the possibilities for the creation of a single, international norm group for the 16PF.
The study results showed that different language versions of the questionnaire do not tend to differ due to translation issues, but due to genuine cultural differences. However, these are small when compared with occupational group differences.
OPP's presentation is just one of many cutting-edge papers and discussions taking place over the four day conference.
Innovations in Testing 2015 is a showcase for innovation and exploration of best practices through wide-ranging presentations and case studies.
