OPP presents at the People Development in Africa Conference in May

The 2nd People Development in Africa Conference runs from 7–10 May at Skukuza Kruger National Park, South Africa, and OPP’s Betsy Kendall is one of the speakers
Sub Saharan Africa looks set to have a huge number of people joining its labour force in the next 20 years, which will provide challenges for resource availability and people development.
The People Development in Africa Conference gathers business leaders and people practitioners to share insights into how organisations will respond to this HR challenge. OPP have had three submissions accepted for the conference. Betsy Kendall will deliver the following:
