      Under the direction of the CIO Europe, the post holder will coordinate agreed and prioritised software based projects (as specified by the global IT department) and ensure that they are delivered to specification, on time and to agreed budget. Projects will include new product developments, changes to existing products, implementation of new systems and changes to existing systems within the CPP portfolio.

      Contributes adminstative support towards a quality training program coordination service and smooth running operation for customers, delivery teams and management.

      The role sits within the Practitioner Development Operations team, working alongside a team of four coordinators. The team forms part of Professional Services business which provides training in our Psychometric Instruments as well as Consultancy services.
