Moving forward, PhilPsyCor’s main target for the 16PF will be education and school counselling. Empowering the young generation and their employers via the 16PF will play a key role in helping to build the country’s future economic success.
PhilPsyCor has been successfully driving the modernisation of 16PF administration in the Philippines, switching from pen-and-paper-based client testing to web-based application. This has both streamlined the process of administering the questionnaire, and helped emphasise that PhilPsyCor provides the only trustworthy and legitimate version of the 16PF in the country.
The Philippines has a fast growing population and economy. The HSBC has projected that the country’s economy will be the world’s 16th largest (the 5th largest in Asia and the largest in the South East Asian region) by 2050.
