What you will learn
Using the MBTI in leadership development
Effective leadership is critical to the success of any organisation or venture. The MBTI tool gives leaders invaluable insight into what motivates those they seek to lead, as well as an understanding of the strengths and blindspots of their own leadership style. This session explores how the MBTI framework adds to the latest thinking on leadership. It will also give practical insights into how the MBTI tool can be effectively used within a leadership development programme.
Making the most of Step II in coaching: out-of-preference scores under stress
Discover how MBTI Step II can add value to coaching, including exploring the impact of clear out-of-preference scores and the behaviours exhibited as stress starts to build. This session will draw on years of experience using MBTI Step II with individuals and teams and will be brought to life with coaching case studies.
You do not need to be MBTI Step II qualified to benefit from this session.
